Sugar skull flower crown headband!

Colorful! Skulls! Flowers! Rhinestones! Flashy!
This is a HEADBAND crown! Lays right on top of head almost like a hat...though it is not.
Ribbon wrapped & handmade.
Simply amazing! Its not for those dainty afraid of colors girls out there...this is for the unafraid. Exceptionally tiara like.
